摘要
针对宁波市轨道交通工程的腐蚀环境特点,结合设计要求和当地原材料情况,在专题研究的基础上编制《城市轨道交通工程混凝土施工技术规程》。《规程》对原材料及混凝土技术指标进行了详细地规定,提供了混凝土配合比设计的指导性技术方案,并对混凝土施工关键环节提出了质量控制措施。《规程》的实施,为工程原材料及混凝土搅拌站的招标提供了依据,为混凝土的施工提供了指导,有效地提高了混凝土的耐久性,保证了混凝土的施工质量。
Due to the corrosion environment of urban rail transit engineering in NingBo,High performance concrete quality control technical rules of urban rail transit engineering was compiled according to design requirements,monographic research and local raw materials.'Rules' amply prescribed the raw material technical specifications and concrete indexes,provided directional technique scheme of concrete mix preparation,and put forward control measures in concrete construction critical link.The implementation of the 'Rules' provided the basis for tender of raw materials and concrete mixing plants,provided guide for concrete construction,effectively improved the durability of concrete,and guaranteed the concrete construction quality.
