摘要
对工程特点进行了分析,对施工过程中可能遇到的土建基础偏差过大、钢管对接间隙过大、冬季管内积水结冰、相贯接头空中定位难、卸载难度大等问题分别制定相应对策及控制点,并有效实施。在施工过程中,采用"流水施工、体育场内外同步施工;桁架总体拼装、分段吊装、高空对接;整体合拢、同步卸载、稳定成型"的总体施工原则,通过合理施工流程,确保了工程质量、安全和进度。
Through engineering characteristics analysis,some problem may be encountered in the process of engineering construction.Such as large civil engineering foundation deviation,steel pipe butt joint large gap,the winter water ice,difficult to position aerially the Nozzle-vessel junction joint,difficult to uninstall.To those problems,some respectively formulate corresponding measures were taken to solve them and some control points were monitored.In the process of construction,the overall principle is that flowing water construction,synchronous construction inside and outside of the stadium,truss overall assembling,hoisting partly,docking in high altitude,overall complete set,synchronous unloading,stable forming.The reasonable construction process ensures the quality,safety and nodes of the engineering construction.
