摘要
大型半圆弧形钢结构,质量和体积大,重心难以确定,且自身刚度小,结构不稳定,极易产生变形。运输过程中稳定性差,在运输车辆上集中荷载明显,对于钢结构自身的刚度、车辆的强度、稳定性以及道路和天气条件的要求非常高。以山东海阳AP1000核电1期工程核岛钢结构CA03模块的整体运输为例,介绍整个运输过程的方案设计及施工方法。
Large-sized semicircular steel structures are heavy,big and unstable,they are prone to deformation under their own weight due to low rigidness and overstress.During transportation,the concentration of load on the trailers is obvious.Given all these factors,their transportation poses great challenges to the trailers' strength and steadiness,the road and the weather conditions.This paper will takes CA03 module for Haiyang Phase I AP1000 project as an example,and introduces the preparation of transportation schemes and the actual operation.
