This paper mainly introduces the new Hengqin municipal infrastructure BT project construction.Based on the project of low carbon ecotype,information site construction and implementation,effective recycle of resources,energy saving,environmental protection,site information is achieved.Then construction and implementation of low carbon ecotype and information site is introduced.
