悬臂灌注法施工连续梁是在高速铁路桥梁最常用的一种方法。挂篮作为悬臂灌注施工主要的施工设备,其结构的安全是最重要的安全控制环节,为此,必须在正式施工前对挂篮进行预压。以郑西客专陕县特大桥跨连霍高速公路连续梁采取自平衡法挂篮预压为例,介绍了自平衡法挂篮预压施工工艺。

Continuous beam construction with travelling carriage is the normal construction method in high-speed railroad bridges.The travelling carriage is the important equipment in cantilever cast construction,the most important control link is structure safety,so the travelling carriage must be prestressed before construction.Based on the travelling carriage prestressed construction with self-balanced method in Zhengzhou to Xi'an super major bridge of passenger dedicated line,the travelling carriage prestressed construction with self-balanced method is introduced.
