By utilizing practical modeling experience,the function of BIM techniques when applied in the building lifecycle of equipment room is described,and the methods of drawing REVIT three-dimensional model by the usage of two-dimensional CAD drawing are introduced.The impact of drawing points and equipment room model to the design and construction as well as the effect of the finished three-dimensional model to later operation & maintenance is analyzed.
