摘要
结合工程实例,介绍了水下超软土地基下部出料振冲碎石桩工艺的施工设备及流程,详细介绍了施工控制参数及成孔成桩施工方法。通过现场对比试验,对桩体进行重型动力触探检测,结果表明该工艺成桩桩体密实度、均匀性较常规孔口填料振冲碎石桩均有明显提高,成桩质量满足要求,解决了常规振冲碎石桩在超软土地基中难以下料的问题,拓宽了振冲碎石桩的适用范围。
Combined with engineering practice,this paper introduced the equipment and process of vibro-replacement stone column discharging breakstone underside in the super soft soil foundation underwater. It introduced in detail the control parameters of construction and construction method for the hole and pile. Through the contrast test,heavy dynamic penetration test was carried out on the pile. The results show that the density and uniformity of the pile used this technology, compared with conventional vibro-replacement stone column packed orifice,were obviously improved,and the quality of the pile meets the requirements. It solves the problem that breakstone is difficult to down to the bottom of the hole for the conventional vibro-replacement stone column in super soft soil foundation. It has expanded the applicable scope of vibro-replacement stone column.
