摘要
基于上海某大型预制装配式住宅(prefabricated concrete,PC)项目,简要介绍了建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在该项目中从设计、深化设计、生产到施工再到运维整个项目全生命周期中的应用情况。通过该技术的应用,有效加快了施工进度,提高了工程质量。
Combined with a actual PC residence project,the application of BIM technology is introduced in detail,including design,detail design,production,construction and operation maintenance. The application results show that,the construction speed and project quality are improved by using BIM technology.
