摘要
恰希玛核电C-3/C-4项目是中核集团出口巴基斯坦在建核电项目,项目管理接口涉及国内外多家公司以及巴国业主、核管理当局和分包商,接口关系复杂。介绍了C-3/C-4项目接口管理特色:总承包管理、质量接口管理、安全接口管理、合同接口管理、工程接口管理和中巴接口会议制度;探讨了接口管理实施过程的难点和改进建议,为我国出口核电项目接口管理提供了有益的借鉴,促进我国核电出口管理水平的提升。
C-3 /C-4 Project of Chashma Nuclear Power Plant,which is export to Pakistan by China National Nuclear Corporation,is now under construction nuclear power plant. The management interface of project involves many domestic and international companies,and the owner,the nuclear regulatory authority and sub-contractors of Pakistan,the interface of management is complex. The characteristics of interface management in C-3 / C-4 project,including main-contractor management,quality interface management,safety interface management,contract interface management,engineering interface management and interface meeting system of Sino-Pakistan are introduced,and the difficulties and improve suggestions in execution of interface management are discussed,which are attempt to provide beneficial guideline of interface management of exporting nuclear power plant project and boost the enhancement of management skills of exporting nuclear power plant for our country.
