摘要
基于模架早拆体系的理论基础,对早拆架体中的核心部分早拆头进行设计改进,使模架体系中的支架能提前拆除,从而达到模板早拆的作用。早拆头具有通用性,即只要是钢管架,顶撑如采用早拆头和配套横杆替换,均可实现早拆。早拆头的设计改进,对推动架体工程的技术进步,节约大量的模板和横杆周转,加快模架周转周期,加快施工速度,提高劳动生产率,降低工程成本及实现文明施工都有着十分重要的意义。
Early dismantling formwork system based on the theoretical basis for the early dismantling of the core part of the frame body early split head design improvements,so that the system of the stent mold removal in advance,so as to achieve the effect of early removal template. Early dismantling head has the versatility,that as long as the steel frame,such as the use of early dismantling the top brace and matching head rail replacement,which can achieve early dismantling.
