为解决郑州市城市供水紧张的问题,于1988年就启动了城市供水二期工程,由于管理、资金、技术等原因,邙山黄河引水枢纽改造工程一直未完成。结合工程实际情况,介绍了黄河水利用和供水安全等方面的内容。

In order to relax the tension of short water supply,the Phase II water supply project was started in 1988,because of the reasons of management,funds and technologies,the Yellow River Diversion Junction transformation in Mangshan was not completed. Combined with the actual project,the Yellow River using and water supply security are introduced.
