通过总结"7·21"洪水情况,分析大清河水系的防洪现状,提出了促进河系管理健康发展的若干举措,为今后的河系管理提供借鉴。
Through the analysis of“7·21”flood and the flood control situation of Daqinghe River water system, put forward some measures to promote the healthy development of river management and provide reference for future river management.
