摘要
通过对河道管理范围内非常规水利资源的分析,指出了其存在问题的表象原因和深层次原因,提出了解决问题的对策。
This paper analyzes the unconventional water resources in the scope of river way management,pointed out the appearance causes and deep-seated reasons,and presents the solutions to this problem.
