应用谷歌地球软件录入实际勘察的洪水流向变化关键点的GPS数据,结合实际水位数据和水流传播时间绘制出了"7·21"大清河北支洪水入淀的水流水势示意图,并根据谷歌地球软件的历史数据分析出了洪水水量—水位—水面变化的实际对比关系。

This paper applied the Google earth software input GPS data of the actual investigation of key point of the flow dire ction change, based on the actual water level data and current propagation time, draw out the flood flow and direction diagtam of “7·21” Daqinghe River north branch into Baiyangdian Lake, according to Google earth history data, analysis out actual contrast of the flood water yield-water level-the water change.
