摘要
采用间歇曝气移动床生物膜反应器(IAMBBR)处理废水时具有很好的污染物去除效果,而且可以改善MB-BR工艺对于总氮的去除效果,尤其适用于含氮废水的深度处理过程。实验重点考察了有机负荷及曝气方式对IAMBBR处理含氮废水时污染物去除效能的影响。实验结果表明,当进水COD、氨氮及NO3--N浓度分别为720、20、100 mg/L时,pH为6~9、控制反应器的水力停留时间(HRT)为12 h、温度为(25±2)℃、有机负荷在1.44 kg-COD/(m3.d)、并采用曝气2 h,停止曝气4 h循环曝气模式时,IAMBBR对COD、氨氮和TN的平均去除率分别为95.88%、92.22%和76.73%,可在同一反应器内实现较好的有机物去除和脱氮效果。同时,IAMBBR不同的运行方式对悬浮填料上的生物膜形态也有较显著的影响。
Effects of organic loading and aeration mode on pollutants removal performance of the Intermittent aeration moving bed biofilm reactor(IAMBBR) in treating nitrogenous wastewater was studied experimentally.The results indicated that average removal efficiencies of COD,ammonium and TN are 95.88%、92.22% and 76.73% with influent COD,ammonium and NO-3-N concentration of 720,20 and 100 mg/L,respectively,when the IAMBBR is operated with HRT of 12 h,temperature of(25±2) ℃,pH of 6~9,organic loading of 1.44 kg COD/(m3·d) and circulating aeration of 2 h aeration and 4 h stop aeration.And better organic pollutants and nitrogen removal performance could be achieved in single reactor.Meanwhile,operation mode of the IAMBBR has significant influence on biofilm morphology adhering to suspended carriers.
