摘要
铁路工程建设项目对生态、环境产生的影响主要出现在施工期,设置环境监理可以变事后治理为事中控制,有效的控制铁路施工期造成的环境污染和生态破环。本文总结了彭州支线环境监理实践的目的、内容、要求,以及一些值得推广的做法,以期为其他铁路工程环境监理提供参考。
The impact of railway construction projects on the ecology and environment mainly appears in construction period. Setting up the environment supervision can turn ex- post governance to in- process control,which can effectively control environmental pollution and ecological destruction caused by railway construction. This paper summarized the purpose,contents, and requirements of Pengzhou railway environmental supervision practice and put forward some methods worthy to be promoted,so as to provide reference for other railway engineering environmental supervision.
