化学包装桶处理处置管理与污染防治

Management and Pollution Control of Industrial Drums Disposal

随着我国经济的不断发展,各行业对化学品的需求增长很快,种类繁杂的化学包装桶的安全清洗、污染防治及再利用是环境保护部门面临的一项重大工作。从我国化学包装桶处理处置及利用现状看,除个别单一化学物质包装桶处置较完善外,大量的化学包装桶被非法收集清洗,并再次利用,环境污染触目惊心。本文作者在长期研究化学包装桶安全处理处置和综合利用的基础上,提出了化学包装桶处理处置的关键过程,污染防治对策及综合利用思路,为我国化学包装桶清洗和利用,环境部门管理提供技术支撑。

With the continuous development of China' s economy,the demand of various industries for chemicals keeps growing rapidly. Thus the safety cleaning,the pollution prevention & control,and the recycling of a wide variety of chemicals were crucial for environmental protection and supervision departments. Viewed from the current disposal and utilization situation of chemical packing drums in China,a large number of chemical packing drums were illegally collected,cleaned and reused, which had led to extremely serious environmental pollutions. In this paper,on the long- term research basis of safety disposal and utilization on chemical packing drums,the authors have proposed the key process and thoughts of pollution control measures and integrated utilization measures on the drums. This paper provided technical supports for environmental protection departments on the cleaning and utilization of chemical packing drums in China.
