益气养阴方治疗糖耐量异常(气阴两虚证)的临床研究

Clinical Research of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe onTreating Abnormal Glucose Tolerance(Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome)

目的:观察益气养阴方治疗糖耐量异常(气阴两虚证)患者血糖调控的安全性和有效性。方法:采取随机、空白对照设计,试验组给予基础干预及益气养阴方,1包/次,1日3次;对照组仅给予基础干预,试验组于三餐前30分钟内温开水冲服。疗程为84天。结果:本试验共随机入组120例(其中试验组90例,对照组30例),其中试验组因2例未按方案服药而剔除,实际完成88例。结论:中医证候及IGT疾病疗效分析,试验组与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要疗效指标2小时PG改善分析,试验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴方治疗IGT(气阴两虚证),能改善IGT患者的临床症状,对餐后2小时血糖作用明显,且临床无明显不良反应。

Observing the safety and effectiveness of Yiqi Yangyin Recipe in controlling blood sugar of abnormal glucose tolerance patients(Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome).Methods: Randomly,blank controlled design,test group with basic interventions and Yiqi Yangyin Recipe,1 bag per time,3 times a day,within 30 minutes before meal by warm boiled water;controlled group only with basic interventions.Treatment for 84 days.Results: This study enrolled 120 cases into group randomly(test group 90 cases and controlled group 30 cases),the 2 cases of the test group were removed for taking medicine not according to the plan.88 cases were acomplished actually.Results: The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05) when the test group compared with controlled group about the curative effects analysis of TCM syndromes and IGT diseases.The differences was statistically significant(P<0.05) when the test group compared with the controlled group about main efficacy index of 2HPG improvement analysis.Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin Recipe can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with IGT(Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome),and has an obvious effect in controlling 2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and no obvious adverse reactions in clinical.
