针刺结合整脊治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Curative Observations of Acupuncture Combined with Chiropractic on Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation of Blood Stasis Type

目的:观察针刺结合整脊治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为3组:针刺结合整脊治疗组(A组)、单纯针刺对照组(B组)、单纯整脊对照组(C组),各30例。每天治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,临床观察2个疗程。结果:①JOA评分对比,A组分别与B、C组对比,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);B、C组对比,无显著性差异(P>0.05);②各组总有效率相比较,无显著性差异(均P>0.05);治愈率对比:A组分别与B、C组对比,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);B、C组对比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合整脊疗法治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著。

To observe the therapeutic effect of acupunture combined with chiropractic for patients with blood stasis type Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH).Methods: 90 cases were randomly divided into three groups: acupuncture combined with chiropractic therapy group(groupA),single acupuncture controlled group(groupB),single chiropractic controlled group(groupC),30 cases each.Treament once a day,ten times for a course of treament,clinical observation of two courses.Results: 1.JOA score contrast,group A and B and C group were compared,all had very significant difference(P <0.01);B,C group contrast,no significant difference(P >0.05);2.The total effective rate were compared,and no significant difference(P >0.05);Cure rate contrast: group A and B and C group were compared,all had significant difference(P <0.05);B,C group contrast,no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion: Clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and chiropractic has a marked therapeutic effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of blood stasis type.
