The development of higher vocational education should orientate development strategy and direction of running a school scientificly by the guidance of scientific outlook on development, which should promote the development with characteristics and comprehensively enhance the competitiveness, building a harmonious campus with teacher-centered and student-centered as well as training highly skilled workers.
