[目的]收集伪劣饮片样品,根据制假掺伪的具体方法和特点,进行品种归类,并针对性地建立相应的鉴别技术和方法。[方法]现场走访国内主要中药材市场安国、亳州、荷花池等,采用传统经验辨识,结合基源、性状、显微、理化等鉴定方法对不同种类制假掺伪手段的饮片进行鉴别。[结果]基于目前制假掺伪的新特点,建立了一套较成熟的鉴别方法。[结论]该方法在实际运用中,具有简单、快速、准确、操作性较强的特点。

[Objective] According to the specific methods and characteristics of adulterated samples to classify species and to establish the corresponding identification techniques and methods for the collected shoddy prepared herbal medicine.[Methods] The different types of adulterated samples were identified by visiting the major domestic market,adopting traditional experienced recognition method combined with investigating the appearance,microstructure,physicochemical property.[Results] Based on the new adulterated characterisitics,a set of new more matured methods of identification techniques was established.[Conclusion] The method is simple,rapid,accurate and highly operative in practical use.
