基于Caco-2细胞的中药直肠吸收机制研究

Study on the rectum absorption mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine based on Caco-2 cell model

[目的]研究中药复方妇科灌肠Ⅱ号冻干粉对Caco-2细胞的影响。[方法]利用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测妇科灌肠Ⅱ号作用在Caco-2细胞的安全浓度。[结果]当妇科灌肠Ⅱ号浓度高于0.1 g/L时,随着浓度的增加,细胞存活率呈下降趋势。[结论]以Caco-2细胞作为新工具引入中医外导法的基础与安全性研究,可能成为一项有价值的探索。

[Objective] To investigate the effects of Fuke Guanchang Ⅱ recipe on human colon carcinoma cell line.[Method] The safety concentration of Fuke Guanchang Ⅱ in Caco-2 cells were cultured by MTT assay.[Results] When the concentration above 0.1 g/L.The study showed the survival rate of Caco-2 cells were decreased with the concentration was increased.[Conclusion] It will be a valuable exploration that Caco-2 cells as a new tool to be introduced to the basic and safety research of Chinese medicine catharsis method.
