目的观察2种不同分子量玻璃酸钠对骨关节炎的治疗作用。方法采用关节内注射木瓜蛋白酶构建兔膝骨关节炎模型,采用病理学研究,评价不同分子量玻璃酸钠对骨关节炎的治疗效果。结果 2种不同分子量玻璃酸钠对骨关节炎模型关节软骨和滑膜的病变均有不同程度的治疗作用;在注入木瓜蛋白治疗兔骨关节模型中,150万Da以下小分子量玻璃酸钠病理评分为(1.3±0.16),明显优于对照组的(0.10±0.03)、模型组的(2.8±0.17)、大分子组的(1.90±0.03)(P<0.05),因此可以证明小分子量玻璃酸钠在治疗骨关节炎方面有更好的疗效。结论玻璃酸钠治疗骨关节炎疗效确切,小分子量的玻璃酸钠(80~150万Da)在促进软骨组织修复、减少滑膜组织增生方面更显优势。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of two different molecular weight sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis. Methods Rabbit knee osteoarthritis model was constructed by using the method of intraarticular injection of papain,by pathological study,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of different molecular weight sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis. Results The lesions had therapeutic effect on osteoarthritis model of articular cartilage and synovial membrane of 2 different molecular weight sodium hyaluronate in different degree,curative effect and small molecular weight of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis is better. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate is safe and effective in treating osteoarthritis,the molecular weight of 80 ~ 1500000 Da of sodium hyaluronate in promoting repair of cartilage tissue,reduce the hyperplasia of synovial tissue and has more advantages.
