注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of injectable mouse nerve growth factor in therapy for ischemic optic neuropathy

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效。方法选取沧州市中心医院在2012年11月~2013年11月收治的120例缺血性视神经病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=60)和联合组(n=60),对照组给予常规药物治疗,联合组在常规药物治疗基础上,加用鼠神经生长因子,比较2组患者的疗效。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;联合组和对照组患眼视野比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合组视野恢复显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论注射用鼠神经生长因子多药联合治疗缺血性视神经病变,具有确切的疗效。

Objective To study the curative effect of mouse nerve growth factor for the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 120 cases patients with ischemic optic neuropathy were selected as research objects,who were under treatment in Cangzhou central hospital from November2012 to November 2013. And all of objects were randomly divided into two groups,the joint group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group. Control group were under routine drug treatment,while the joint group combined conventional drug treatment with mouse nerve growth factor. The curative effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of patient in the joint group is significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 05); the visual fields of two groups after treatment were compared with the same group before treatment,and there were significant difference( P < 0. 05),the joint group vision recovery was significantly statistically better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The injectable mouse nerve growth factor combined with multi-drug therapy for ischemic optic neuropathy has definite curative effect.
