Vpr蛋白及HIV感染性心肌病研究进展

摘要 扩张型心肌病是HIV感染的常见并发症.Vpr是HIV-1的辅助基因vpr编码的蛋白,与HIV感染细胞的凋亡密切相关.大量存在于AIDS患者血循环中的可溶性Vpr可能导致AIDS患者心肌细胞凋亡.转基因鼠研究证实Vpr在心肌细胞过量表达会导致心率失常及充血性心力衰竭.上述研究提示Vpl与HIV心肌病的发生有密切关系.
