摘要
柯萨奇病毒是人类病毒性心肌炎的主要病原体.目前临床对柯萨奇病毒感染尚无特异、有效的治疗措施.近年来,研究证明一氧化氮可以灭活柯萨奇病毒的2A和3C蛋白酶,从而抑制病毒的装配成熟,为抗柯萨奇病毒开辟了新的生物治疗的思路.
