EGFR及其信号途径与肿瘤放射敏感性
摘要
表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)已被表明与放射耐受性有关.作为治疗靶基因,通过对EGFR的抑制可增加放射敏感性,提高放射治疗的效果,为肿瘤的综合治疗又提供了一条途径.本文分别阐述了EGFR表达水平与放射敏感性的关系,EGFR介导的信号转导途径在放射敏感性中的作用,以及在肿瘤中应用EGFR抑制剂增加放射敏感性及抑制剂增敏与EGFR表达的关系.
