采用足跟外侧横弧形切口手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折 被引量：3

摘要 目的 分析采用足跟外侧横弧形切口钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的可行性及疗效.方法 2004年6月至2007年4月,采用足跟外侧横弧形切13钛钢板内固定的患者19例23足,术中做足跟外侧横弧形切口,从跟腱附着点外侧前上方为起点向下做弧形,沿足跟外侧角质层上缘至趾短伸肌后缘.术中注意对切口皮肤的保护及骨折的解剖复位,术后加强抗炎、引流、功能锻炼等处理.结果 随访3～32个月,仅有1足切口前端皮肤发生浅表感染,其余切口全部一期愈合,切13问题发生率为4.3%.根据美国足踝骨科协会(AOFAs)的后足评分系统:优11足,良9足,一般3足,优良率为87.0%.结论 采用足跟外侧横弧形切口钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折,有利于切口皮瓣血运的保护,减少了切口并发症的发生,取得了良好的疗效.
