急性白血病患者血清乳酸脱氢酶与白细胞介素-12检测的意义

Clinical analysis of testing LDH and IL-2 in the serum of the patients with the acute leukemia

目的 探讨急性白血病(AL)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与白细胞介素-12(IL-12)检测的意义.方法 对AL初治、复发患者15例及AL缓解患者15例,采用ELSA法检测患者血清IL-12及酶法检测LDH水平,并与健康对照进行比较.结果 AL初治、复发组LDH显著高于AL缓解组及健康对照组,IL-12水平则显著降低,AL缓解组患者血清LDH降低、IL-12升高.结论 AL细胞负荷可抑制AL患者体内IL-12表达.

Objective To explore the clinical value of testing LDH and IL-2 in the serum of the patients with the acute leukemia. Methods The LDH and IL-2 in the serum of 15 patients with the acute leukemia were tested,who consist of the patients with first treatment,recurrence and remission,compared with these of the normal people in control group.Results The LDH of the patients with first treatment and recurrence was obvious higher than tllat of the patients with remission;the IL-2 of the patients with first treatment and recurrence was obvious lower than that of the patients with remission.The LDH descent and IL-2 ascent were found in the patients with remission.Conclusion The cell load of the patients with the acute leukemia can depress the expression of IL-2 in the patients with the acute leukemia.
