多西他赛和顺铂联合三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌24例 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察多西他赛加顺铂化疗配合三维适形放疗(3DCRT)治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及患者不良反应.方法 24冽局部晚期NSCLC先行DP方案化疗2个周期,然后行3DCRT,放疗的同时再予DP方案化疗2个周期.DP方案:多西他赛75mg/m2,第1、8天;顺铂25mg/m2,第1天至第3天.21 d为1个周期.结果 24例中CR 3例,PR 16例,总有效率79.2%.患者主要不良反应为骨髓抑制.放射性食管炎和放射性肺炎的发生率分别为54.2%和12.5%,均为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度.结论 多西他赛加顺铂化疗配合3DCRT治疗局部晚期NSCLC疗效较好,患者不良反应较轻.
