放射治疗原发皮肤间变性大细胞淋巴瘤一例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察局部放疗治疗原发皮肤间变性大细胞淋巴瘤(PC-ALCL)的疗效.方法 先予患者右前臂病变处行60Coγ线普通外照射,DT3000 cGy,15次,3周,结束后给予180 kV深部X线外照射DT2000cGy,10次,共2周,最后给予100 kV深部X线外照射DT800 cGy,4次,4d,总量5800 cGy,29次;患者同时口服甲氨蝶呤10mg,每周1次.结果 放疗结束后2个月复查,病变局部结痂脱落,肿块消失,局部变平;放疗后1年复查,局部无复发,全身未见转移.结论 局部放疗治疗PC-ALCL可取得满意疗效.
