预处理方案包含大剂量氟达拉滨的自体外周血干细胞移植治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤一例
摘要
患者 女,42岁,体重80kg,体表面积1.8 m2,因"左面部肿胀8个月,左耳后肿块2个月"于2003年5月9日入院.行左眼睑皮肤活检示:小淋巴细胞性淋巴瘤;骨髓穿刺结果:增生性骨髓象,可见幼稚淋巴细胞及其分裂象,比例占核细胞的1.5%;
