The article submits new concept of low-carbon traffic transport system based on deep analysis of China traffic development faced new requirements and new situation for energy saving and carbon reduction,discusses its main development way and methods based on environment conditions and inner needs,discusses that technology innovation plays an on important role on constructing low-carbon highway transport system and clear some basic work to development it.
