摘要
由于缺乏统一规范,海事领域出现一些重收费轻服务甚至只收费不服务的海事业务代理的非法中介机构。文章在对非法中介作案手法、特点等分析基础上,对规范中介服务提出了针对性措施和建议。
Due to the lack of standardization,there are some illegal intermediary agencies of maritime business which charges more with less service or even charges with no service.Based on the analyzing the characteristics of intermediary agencies and illegal intermediary methods,this article put forward several suggestions and measures to standardize intermediary services.
