近年来,伴随着海洋经济的快速发展,水上交通事故等突发事件备受注目,海事群体性事件时有发生。完善海事群体性事件中政府回应机制,提高政府回应的能力和效率,对解决海事群体性事件具有重要作用。文章在对政府回应存在的问题分析基础上,提出了完善政府回应的路径。

In recent years,along with the rapid development of marine economy,water transport accidents and other emergencies at sea are well known,and marine group events are very common.To perfect Government response mechanisms in marine group events,improve Government response capability and efficiency,and play an important role in resolving maritime group events,this article make a path for improving Government response based on analysis of the existing problems.
