我国道路交通安全形势分析及对策

Analysis of safety situation of road traffic in China and its countermeasures

文章根据2007~2010年道路运输交通事故统计数据,分析我国道路交通安全的形势及其产生的原因,并提出改善策略。根据数据分析,近年来我国的交通安全形势有所好转,但是交通运输行业仍然是安全生产的重灾区,道路交通安全形势依然严峻。文章分别从人、车、路、环境等角度,分析了道路交通事故的成因,并从人、车、路、环境、政府管理、行业管理和社会管理等多个方面,提出了改善我国交通安全形势的措施及建议。

The author analyzes the situation and causes for China road traffic safety using the statistical data of road traffic accidents from 2007 to 2010,and recommendes the improving strategies.According to the analysis of the data,China traffic safety situation has been improved,but,it is still bad when compared with other industries.In the paper,the causes of road traffic accidents are explored in terms of people,vehicle,road and environment.The author indicates the suggestions and countermeasures for ameliorating the state of traffic safety by analyzing the education and training,construction of the legal system,environment and capacity of law enforcement,vehicle safety technology,road rescue system,and forecasting ability.
