统计数据质量是统计工作的生命。利益驱动下的行政干扰、统计人员的业务素质、统计技术手段、基层单位领导和统计人员对统计工作的态度与交通运输行业教育培训项目的复杂特点等都是影响统计数据质量的重要因素。对应地,要提升统计数据的质量需减少利益驱动的干扰、提高统计人员的业务素质、完善统计技术手段、加强统计数据质量监督与评估、制定统一的项目分类标准。

The quality of statistical data is the life of the statistical work.The administrative interference driven by the interests,statisticians' professional quality,statistical techniques,the leaders at the basic level and statisticians' attitude to the statistical work,the complexity of education and training projects are to be found as key blocking factors for the quality of statistical data for education and training in transport industry.Correspondingly,countermeasures dealing with these blocking factors are suggested.
