獭兔MITF基因部分外显子多态性研究 被引量:2

The Research of Polymorphisms of Parts of Exons in MITF Gene in Rex Rabbit

摘要 MITF是色素细胞发育成熟中的重要因子,参与黑素生成的调控,从而影响动物毛色。本研究采用PCR-测序技术,检测了白色獭兔、海狸色獭兔样本中MITF基因5个外显子区域的多态性。结果表明:外显子2,4未表现出多态,外显子1,5,7中存在一些多态位点。这些多态存在于白色个体之间或白色和海狸色个体之间。分析表明,MITF中部分多态与獭兔毛色有显著关联,说明MITF是影响毛色的关键基因。 Microphthalmia-associated transcription factor is an important factor in the growth and maturation of pigment cells,and take part in the regulation of melanin producing,in the way that affect coat color of animals. This research using PCR-sequencing technology,detect polymorphisms of 5 Exons in MITF gene of White Rex Rabbit and Castor Rex Rabbit. The result shows that exon2 and exon4 have no polymorphisms,while exon1,exon5 and exon7 contain some polymorphism sites. Those polymorphisms exit between white rabbits or white and castor individuals. Analysis shows that some polymorphisms have obvious association with coat color of rex rabbit,and MITF is an important gene that affect coat color.
