家兔标准竹底板的研制

Manufacture Standard Bomboo Baseboard for Rabbit

制定了竹底板结构、大小、方向、漏缝宽度,竹材的年龄、竹筒的选取、竹筒的修整等标准;设计出劈竹、竹板和竹条的制作、竹底板模具制作、用模具装订底板、底板防蛀等方法。按标准完成500块标准竹笼底板的制作。结果表明:该竹底板与标准兔笼配套,撤装方便;无卫生死角,容易清洗;不易因干湿变化而松动,不被兔啃食;其中的200块竹底板试用半年,无虫蛀,也无松动、出现钉头等返修现象。云南花兔(小型)、新西兰肉兔(中型)、比利时兔(大型)试用结果,正常的兔粪能全部漏下、初生仔兔不会漏下、猫也不可能从漏缝中叨食仔兔,未观察到脚皮炎和底板造成的外伤发生。

Standards were established as bamboo age,selection and recondition,and bamboo baseboard struc ture,size,direction and width of leak.Designed bamboo chop,bamboo cane and bamboo clappers and the bamboo clapper mothproof,matrix and stapling the baseboard.Make 500 standard bamboo baseboards for experimental trial.Result showed that the bamboo baseboard was supporting the rabbit hutch and easy to install and remove,Easy cleaning and no hygiene blind side.It is not less crowded by dry and humidity and not nibbles by rabbit.The 200 bamboo baseboards were no need to repairing for damaged by anti and no fix able as well as nail appear etc.The bamboo baseboards were feeding the Yunnan colorful rabbit which were small sized,New Zealand meet rabbit which were medium sized and Belgium rabbit which were larger sized all very successful,the rabbit dung and newborn rabbit can not drip through the bamboo baseboards and the cat can not greedy the new born rabbit,did not observe hoof dermatitis and any damage by boards.
