摘要
兔皮铬鞣的传统工艺在铬鞣阶段使用大量的水作为反应介质,鞣制后既产生大量的废水排放,还会有大量的铬化合物随之排出,造成污染环境。本试验采用新型的兔皮铬鞣工艺——在有机溶剂中进行铬鞣,能够减少水的使用,同时因为铬粉不溶于有机溶剂,能够很好地回收和利用。试验主要探讨有机溶剂中进行兔皮铬鞣的最佳试验条件,最终试验结果表明:在兔皮皮板中水分含量为40%左右,有机溶剂组成比例,即三氯乙烯:水:表面活性剂为90:9:1,铬粉使用量3%为鞣制条件。铬粉吸收率最高,鞣制效果好,皮板收缩温度达95℃以上。
The traditional chrome tanning process for rabbit skin was carried out in water system, which produced a great deal of sewage and also discharged the chromium compounds. It was resulted in serious water pollution. This paper studied the novel tanning process that chrome tanning under the condition of organic solvent trichloroethylene. This method will reduce the use of water and efficiently reclaim and utilize chromium. Experimental results showed that the optimum conditions: the dosage of chromium 3%, the ratio of trichloroethylene, water and surfactant(isopropyl alcohol) is 90:9:1 and the moisture content from pickled rabbit skin is about 40%. The shrinkage temperature is 95℃ and high absorptivity of chrome can be achieved by this tannin method.
