维生素D缺乏与2型糖尿病合并冠心病相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究血清维生素D与2型糖尿病合并冠心病的关系。方法:选择2012年1月至2013年3月在我院住院的患者,取数据完整的140人进入本研究,根据诊断标准分为2型糖尿病组和2型糖尿病合并冠心病组,比较血糖、血脂、血压、血清维生素D等指标在两组间的差异。结果:2型糖尿病合并冠心病组的年龄、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)均高于2型糖尿病组的(<0.05),而血清25(OH)D3、按HOMA模型估计的β细胞功能指数(HOMA-IS)均低于2型糖尿病组(<0.05),体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)在两组间的差异均无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者体内血清维生素D水平明显低于2型糖尿病患者,提示可通过补充维生素D降低糖尿病患者心血管疾病的发病率。 Objective: To investigate the relationship of serum vitamin D and type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.Methods:Divided patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 into the type 2diabetic mellitus(group 1)and the type 2 diabetic mellitus with coronary heart disease(group 2)by the diagnostic criteria,and 140 subjects with complete data were analyzed in this study.To compare each indicator of the serum vitamin D and blood glucose、blood fat、blood pressure and so on. Results:The level of age、SBP、DBP、FPG and2 hPG in the group 2 were higher than that in the group 1( <0.05),while serum 25(OH)D3and HOMA-IS were lower than that in group 1( <0.05).Conclusion:The level of Serum vitamin D in the type 2 diabetic mellitus with coronary heart disease are lower than that in the type 2 diabetic mellitus,which shows us that supplementation of vitamin D can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes.
