激光技术在良性前列腺增生治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着中国社会老龄化的到来,前列腺增生的发病率将会越来越高。TURP曾经被公认为治疗前列腺增生症的金标准。但由于其技术自身存在一定的TURP相关并发症风险,其作为BPH治疗的金标准的地位在不断受到挑战。近10余年来,泌尿外科先后出现4种具有代表意义的治疗前列腺增生症的激光技术。分别是:钬激光(HolYAG)、绿激光(KTP-YAG)、铥激光(Thu-YAG)
