骨髓间充质干细胞在急性中毒的应用

Application of mesenchymal stem cells in acute poisoning

急性中毒起病急骤、症状严重、病情变化迅速,但现阶段大多中毒性疾病尚无特效解毒剂,对其所造成的各脏器损害也尚无有效的救治方法,故急性中毒的病死率较高。因此,寻求新的治疗方法对提高中毒救治水平、改善生活质量具有十分重要的现实意义。目前,随着对干细胞研究的不断深入,发现利用骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,Bmscs)的自我更新、多向分化等潜能,可为急性中毒细胞替代治疗提供新的方向。本文就Bmscs在中毒领域中的研究现状作一综述。

Acute poisoning has a rapid onset,severe symptoms and quickly deteriorating patients' condition.Currently,there is neither special antidote for most of them nor effective treatment for their damage to the function of visceras.Their case fatality rate is high. Therefore,seeking new treatment methods to improve the level of poisoning treatment and the quality of people’s living are of great important practical significance. Recently,with the deepening research on stem cells,discovering the renewal characteristic of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell and its multi-directional differentiation as well as some other potentials,a new direction is provided for cell replacement therapy.In this paper,a summary was made for the research of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell’s usage in the field of acute poisoning.
