摘要 本期由 Ben-Shlomo 等报道的帕金森病研究组临床试验,对先前不完善的随机对照试验结果给予了补充,因而引出了几个方法学的问题。目前的结果与最初随机给定的782例早期帕金森病病人单用左旋多巴(第一组)、左旋多巴和司来吉林(selegiline)合用(第二组)或溴隐停(第三组)3组临床试验有关。首次临床试验报道基于1991年12月的随访结果:
