海外华侨华人的安全研究——基于族群安全和个体安全的视角

A Study on Overseas Chinese Security: Perspectives from Ethnic Security and Individual Security

本文试图从"族群安全"与"个体安全"的视角研究海外华侨华人的安全。本文认为海外华侨华人的族群安全是一种"离散族群安全",离散族群的安全特点区别于民族国家体系内部土生土长的族群安全。本文首先从族群安全的角度分析了为什么海外华侨华人作为一个离散族群其安全经常受到威胁,并从个体安全角度分析了当前海外华侨华人个体安全受到的威胁来自哪里;并对如何消除针对海外华族的族群安全和个体安全的威胁提出了建议。论文最后还指出华人"族群安全"与"个体安全"与华人的族群身份联系密切,且与华人族群与个人的发展水平息息相关。

This paper tries to analyze the Overseas Chinese security issue from the perspective of ethnic security and individual security. Overseas Chinese ethnic security is a kind of'diaspora's security',which is significantly different from the indigenous ethnic security within a nation-state. this paper tries to define many confusing concepts such as Huaqiao,Huaren,ethnicity,diaspora,security,ethnic security,individual security,in order to make sense of the essential content of every concept. Then,this paper respectively analyzes why the Chinese diaspora's security is often threatened and what is the most important threat for Chinese diaspora's individual security. Besides,this paper offers several suggestions about how to reduce and eradicate the threat which threatens the Chinese diaspora's ethnic security and individual security. The conclusion of this paper argues that Chinese diaspora's ethnic security and individual security are closely linked with the identification of Chinese diaspora and the level of development of the Overseas Chinese.
