巴基斯坦在美国的反恐战略中占据着至为重要的战略地位,但是巴基斯坦国内却存在着不容忽视的反美主义。奥巴马上台后对巴基斯坦政策日益强硬,巴基斯坦的反美主义也随之高涨。美国对巴基斯坦主权和尊严的侵犯、对巴基斯坦根深蒂固的不信任以及漠视巴基斯坦至关重要的战略利益是巴基斯坦反美主义高涨的根本原因。巴基斯坦的反美主义会牵制美巴反恐合作并损害美巴盟友关系的民意基础,但是鉴于双方拥有重要的共同利益,两国关系不会走到崩溃的境地,而是会长期处于一种"斗而不破"的状态。

The Obama's Pakistan policy is becoming tough,the Pakistan's anti- Americanism is increasing. The root of Pakistan's anti- Americanism is the United States violates Pakistan's sovereignty,mistrusts the Pakistan and ignores the important strategic interest of the Pakistan. The Pakistan's anti- Americanism will damage the U. S.- Pakistan relations,but the alliance will not break down in the near future.
