21世纪海上丝绸之路是中国外交顶层设计的重要组成,是中国推动与沿线国家命运共同体建设的重要举措,引起国内外舆论广泛关注。海上丝绸之路构想拥有巨大机遇,但其面临的风险与挑战也不容忽视,包括大国博弈与秩序之争带来的战略挑战、领土主权争端引发的现实风险、沿线地区及国家的内部风险等,都给海上丝绸之路的推进带来风险。

Maritime Silk Road is the grand design of China's foreign policy in the 21st century; it aims to promote China' s relations with surrounding countries and to establish Community of Common Destiny. Maritime Silk Road provide enormous opportunities while it also faces a lot of risks and Challenges,those are strategic challenge caused by big powers struggle and competition for regional order; realistic risk caused by territorial disputes; internal risks of countries alone the Maritime Silk Road. These risks and challenges are needed to be taken into consideration in the Maritime Silk Road proposal.
