摘要
随着我国社会经济的快速发展,水污染问题已成为制约流域社会经济可持续发展的重要因素。本文基于淮河流域可持续发展的要求,运用水资源生态足迹的方法对淮河流域水资源生态压力进行诊断,设计未来发展的多种情景模式,对不同情景模式的未来生态足迹进行计算,最终确定满足水资源承载力和生态压力要求的发展模式。
As a side-effect of socio-economic growth,water pollution has posed a problem for the sustainable development of river basins.This paper evaluates the ecological pressure on the water resources in Huaihe River basin and designs some future development models.After calculating the ecological footprints of these models,we select an optimal model that develops within the ecological capacity of this region.
