The construction of a cultural power is impossible without the talents of scientific ways of thinking.For this reason,the cultural development capacity of a nation can be showed through people's ways of thinking,their practice and the outcomes.The dialectical systematic thinking,formed on the basis of Marx's dialectical thinking and modern systematic science,can bring us closer to the relationship between the sci-technological culture and construction of a cultural power,and also to the goal of building China into a cultural power.
