摘要
本文基于企业国际化的动态能力观点和我国企业的国际化实践,探讨了企业国际化动态能力的内涵和构成,提出国际化动态能力的四个构成维度,即环境感知能力、资源获取与整合能力、价值链重构能力和组织结构柔性能够帮助企业制定和实施有效的国际扩张战略,并通过国际化程度的提高促进经营绩效的改进和竞争优势的提升,据此构建了一个企业国际化动态能力维度及绩效作用机理的概念模型。
Though it is widely accepted that dynamic capability are of great importance to the internationalization of enterprises,there are few studies investigating the dimensions and conceptual framework of the dynamic capability of internationalization(DCI).Taking some Chinese enterprises as an example,this paper explores the four DCI dimensions,namely,environmental awareness,resource acquisition and integration,value-chain reconstruction and organizational structure flexibility.Starting from this,this paper establishes a concept model concerning the DCI dimensions and its performance influence mechanism.Hopefully,this study can help enterprises effectively develop and implement their global expansion strategies and improve their performance and competitive advantages and ultimately increase their degree of internationalization.
